Since the Republican attacks on the NEA, et.al. are now as regular as clockwork, why don’t the cultural and performing arts institutions have a rebuttal prepared and ready to go at all times?
Why is their response so sluggish?
Are their jaws clamped too tightly around the Koch spigot?
