WHY did you let him do it, President Obama?
I can truly say that if I had been advising the President, McConnell would not have gotten away with it.
The arrogance of the unseemly Senate leader: “the decision I made not to fill the Supreme Court vacancy when Justice Scalia died was the most consequential decision I’ve made in my entire public career.”
The man is rancid. Only in today’s political climate could a “people’s representative” boast of his criminality this way. McConnell is a grave danger to the United States and, as Joan McCarter writes at Daily Kos, “for the remaining six months of this session of Congress, Democrats have to use everything at their disposal to shut him down.”
