The New York City “Planning” Commission, which now exists solely to promote the monstrous over-mega-development of this city, has suddenly scheduled a last-minute, let’s-hope-nobody-knows-about -it hearing on the proposed Tech Hub development rampage planned to advance from East 14th Street southwards.
Manhattan Borough President Brewer has belatedly but admirably done the right thing and insisted that zoning protections be attached to approval for Tech Hub. In retaliation, CPC has made this dead-of-night hearing decision.
