Sen. McConnell will, of course, completely reverse himself now that it’s a GOP judicial vacancy in play during an election year and demand a vote on Justice Kennedy’s successor before the election.
And when he does, the Dems have to do what they failed to do in 2016: GO TO THE MAT FOR JUSTICE.
Let the GOP concentrate on injustice.
