His decision to endorse Trump’s disciminatory travel ban was perhaps the most speciously, corruptly reasoned–corrupt by virtue of putting partisan agenda ahead of legal probity– and written decision the court had handed down since Bush v. Gore, which, let us recall, was such an opportunistically jury-rigged debacle that even the Court majority had to issue a caveat that it should never be cited as precedent.
