That’s why President Obama should have said in 2016 when Sen. McConnell put the screws to him, threatening to cry “Partisanship!” should Obama tell the country what the Russians were doing to ensure Trump’s victory.
Then Obama should have gone straight into the press room, called an impromptu press conference, and spilled the beans–not sparing McConnell as well.
