Nuclear energy is no solution to anything, the climate crisis in particular. Nuclear energy is incredible dangerous, incredibly unreliable and incredibly expensive. Yet Sen. Whitehouse, who is so spot-on exposing the judicial corruption of the Republicans, is co-sponsoring a bill to prop up he decaying nuclear industry. Perhaps his kids, whose future he is thus impairing, can make him reconsider.
