a new study from the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation demonstrates that the Mayor’s attempt to upzone Soho and Noho will result in less, not more, affordable housing in those neighborhoods.
Once again, City Hall is using alleged but illusory civic benefits as a Trojan Horse to deliver more neighborhoods into the insatiably rapacious hands of developer campaign contributors.
