Let’s introduce some reality into Sen. Sasse’s fabulism. Kavanuagh came into the hearings a documented perjurer. He was then credibly accused of sexual assault by Christine Blassi Ford. The FBI then conducted a sham investigation that ignored multiple sources and tips it was given. Kavanaugh then threw a fit and threatened Democrats, in effect laying bare naked partisan bias and completely injudicial temperament. And still Sasse and his GOP colleagues confirmed Kavanaugh to the highest court in the land.
Ben Sasse exemplifies the way that any pol who comes near McConnell as much as Trump immediately divests whatever ethics or honesty s/he may have once possessed.
