If you don’t want 150 story buildings on every NYC corner, it would be a good idea to go the Village Preservation web site and register your disapproval of Governor Hochul’s and Mayor Adams’ scheme to lift all caps on residential building height, thus destroying our skyline, our urban scale, and our stock of affordable housing. Historic low-rise rent-stabilized buildings will be destroyed to make way for more behemoths designed to provide investment opportunities for the international rich.
