Trump is an anti-Semite and neo-Nazi who embraced Netanyahu because he embraces right-wing militarism wherever he finds it, and because he wanted to propitiate the evangelicals. Everything Netanyahu (who supported Hamas for a long time) is doing in Gaza right now (with Biden’s apparent blessing, and, of course, to the accompaniment of cacaphonic pom-pom waving by Trump) will perpetuate the cycle of violence and lead to more terrorist attacks on Israel.
Thank goodness for Jewish Voice of Peace. Their sit-in at Grand Central yesterday was heroic.
