By agreeing to hear Trump’s ridiculous ,seditious immunity claim–sometime later this spring, but don’t worry, they’ll get around to it–they ‘ve managed to sandbag the Department of Justice’s attempt to hold Trump to account for attempting a coup. They will not allow American voters the opportunity to know the full scope of his crimes before going to the ballet box.
Now, will Biden finally realize that it is long past the time that the Court can be salvaged in its present configuration? Expanding the court is the only answer.
