One of the corporate media’s greatest betrayals of America has been its willingness to carry water for anti-abortion zealots by calling them “pro life.” They are not. Anti-abortion politicians invariably vote against any proposal that will benefit nonwealthy post partum Americans. The right-wing political operatives serving on the Supreme Court hate Americans and humanity in general, as evidenced by their latest pro-gun ruling on bump stocks.
Clarence Thomas, the most corrupt Supreme Court justice in our history, wrote the majority opinion. Of couse it makes no legal sense whatsoever. Of course the right-wing justices have once again made themselves self-styled experts on subjects that they know nothing about.
This is what the Founding Fathers feared that the nascent Supreme Court would become.
It is time for Biden to say that these grotesque rulings by a thoroughly compromised Court will no longer be heeded.
