The Planning Commission, a municipal body made up of real estate professionals whose function is to rubber stamp an ever-wider and more destructive real-estate development, has, of course, given a thumbs up to Mayor Adams’ the moon’s-the-limit development debauch titled “City of Yes.” Integral to the shceme is a scaling-back of the ability of NYC residents to participate in any type of public review of the monstrous new building projects that will now be unleashed.
