I went back to NYCB again Wednesday night, and it was another good performance. Really very good: putting-on-the-dog caliber!

The female corps glittering in Jeu de Cartes.
The entire cast of The Four Seasons treating the ballet as if it were a masterpiece–and it responding in kind.
I”m looking forward to t’row’s matinee, opening of a Balanchine Short Stories bill of Sonnambula, Prodigal Son & Slaughter on Tenth Avenue.
