Voters respond more to negative messages than positive ones. Her feckless campaign, led by superannuated Democratic neoliberal operatives, is an object lesson in what not to do. Her one wise decision, choosing Walz as running mate, was then countermanded by the neoliberals and Walz was sidelined. Yes, she performed well at the debate and yes, the spectacle and showmanship was smashing–but that does not a campaign make.
