WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A COUP, AND SCHUMER & JEFFRIES ARE SILENT

It is apparent that they see their leadership roles as primarily managerial and inward-facing, having to do with managing intra-party politics rather than engaging the public. They should be holding daily press conferences reporting on the advance of the coup and what they are doing to stop it. They refuse to do this. Thus we have a vacuum where we should have leadership, and both the Democratic party and th country are suffering because of it.
