Ostensibly she’s recused herself from the craven negotiations with Trump, but that’s only after making it know that she wants to settle with him on his completely frivolous lawsuit against 60 Minutes. That opens her to legal prosecution on charges of bribery, since it’s more than obvious that she’s doing it to win approval for her Paramount’s merger with Skydance. In the mean time, she’s destroying CBS News, which is shedding key personnel and suffering a crisis of morale, natch.
