The vicious elitism of the Roberts majority is on view as never before as they resort to catty personal attacks on Justice Ketanji-Jackson, who is their superior morally, legally, intellectually–but she’s not a wealthy white Catholic.
If the believed that their rulings actually had any legal probity, they wouldn’t be so agitated, but the Roberts majority is comprised of political activists posing as jurists.
