Finally, someone in the “mainstream” media recognizes what the GOP is doing and focuses not on play-by-play, but on the overarching strategy.  As Pierce writes at Esquire, the GOP is “actively working to undermine the American union. . . . They want the country to come apart so they can sell off the pieces to the people who run their campaigns.”
