The behavior of the Democratic leadership toward Sanders and his supporters now virtually guarantees that millions of potential Democratic voters will sit out the election in November–as so many liberal Democrats did in the midterms of 2010 and 2014.
Unless a course correction is immediately made, we will have to regretfully conclude that Donald Trump never had a better friend than the clueless, reactionary Democratic establishment.
