Like Mike Pence, Betsy DeVos is a theocrat. She wants to use American’s children as means to that end, subsidizing parochial schools with your tax dollars and mine. Her policies demonstrate that she is against freedom of religion, against separation of church and state, against American education serving the needs of all children equally. And against so much more that makes us America.
Sen. Lamar Alexander, who is somehow portrayed in the media as a good-faith operator when it comes to alleged ACA replacement, again showed his actual repressive colors by restricting senators to one five-minute round of questions for DeVos, reports the Washington Post.
“I think we’re selling our kids short by not being able to ask follow up questions,” said Sen. Al Franken.
But isn’t that what DeVos is all about?
