NUITS BLANCHES

Btw, the Liane Dayde interview came from a “Nuits Blanches” series of master classes in Paris organized by the Vestris Society.   On their site, augustevestris.fr., you can purchase a book in which they’ve collected the recollections by these dancers of their teachers, Volinine among them.  He was of course one of many stars of the Russian Imperial ballet who fled to Paris after the 1917 Revolution.
