The fact that 9,000 people in Florida didn’t walk out tells us about the cult worship nature of much of his support. If people choose to suspend rationality, logic, truth so totally we can’t at this point do much about it. Creating policies that support the working class is one thing; explaining to the white working class that they receive more government aid than any other is one thing; correcting Trump’s lies is one thing. Expecting that a cult can be easily deprogrammed is another.
But remember, only a quarter of the electorate actually voted for Trump.
