Carl Hulse wrote a ridiculous piece for The New York Times last Sunday in which he claimed that the Democrats had two options where Gorsuch was concerned: “Get out of the way or get run over.”
This is one of the recurring incidents where “mainstream” reporters and commentators counsel Democrats to capitulate to their appetite for defeat.

But, as Richard Eskow writes at OurFuture.org, the Democrats have a third option: “fight.”
