Better still, why don’t the Democrats vacate the hearings at this point, in view of Gorsuch’s refusal to cooperate with the confirmation process. Gorsuch’s “confirmation hearings” are a complete charade, and the Dems are looking more and more foolish and impotent for enabling them.
