Filibustering the heinous Gorsuch was one of their finest hours. It was the right thing to do from every perspective. Had they allowed the theft of Garland’s seat to proceed with no more response than Obama & Co.’s characteristic whimpers of dismay, they would have virtually ceased to exist as a credible political party.
