Like a pirhana, Mulvaney goes after any spending that benefits working Americans. That’s when he chomps his vicious little jaws. Otherwise, he’s fine with the military-industrial complex boondoggle, the endless deficit-busting showers of corporate welfare and plutocratic entitlements.
