Facebook and Zuckerberg have more than shown their true colors: they are another major threat to American democracy.
Jake Johnson in Common Dreams responds to the alarms being sounded by Zuckerberg’s partnering with a Koch-funded plutocract’s club to attempt control over what vision of reality will be permitted Facebook members.
“This is alarming,” independent journalist Rania Khalek concluded in a tweet on Thursday. “The Atlantic Council—which is funded by gulf monarchies, western governments, NATO, oil and weapons companies, etc.—will now assist Facebook in suppressing what they decide is disinformation.”
