Why is it that Joe Scarborough is the one hammering the Democrats for capitulating again and again to McConnell’s hijacking of the judicial selection process?

This type of flaccid enabling is what passes for opposition politics in the post-Bill Clinton Democratic Party. It is what has emboldened the GOP to break one protocol, precedent, and law after another.
