Imagine if the APA had not intervened on the pretext of defending the completely discretionary “Goldwater Rule”? If Dr. Lee and her colleagues had not subsequently been expulsed from the corporate media? Dr. Lee calls the APA’s intervention on behalf of Trump “the greatest act act of medical malpractice in U.S. history.” It also resulted in Congress members who had been consulting with these psychiatrists now ghosting them.
Biden and his administration’s response to Trump demonstrated their lack of psychological insight and how badly needed was continued consultation with Dr. Lee and her colleagues.
