Kamala’s campaign was Hillary 2.0, with a more engaging candidate. It made many of the same dumb mistakes that she did in 2016. No, it was not a brilliant campaign. And all the Obama-Hillary-Biden advisors were a drag on it.

Why didn’t she decry his intentions to close the Department of Education and the Environmental Protection Agency?

And why did Biden and the Democrats not drive home their economic successes? Why do Democrats still believe that the American well-population is informed?

But after her brilliant selection of Walz, we started seeing less of him and more of Liz Cheney. Harris apparently bowed to pressure from the likes of Barry Diller and abstained from embracing the heroic Lina Kahn and extolling her achievements. She didn’t mention our climate crisis. She wouldn’t break from Biden on Gaza. Her approval ratings started to slump and yet she and her team didn’t get it.

94% of Republicans voted for Trump. They are a lockstep, party over country voting bloc.  The Dems have time and time again placed their electoral hopes in the GOP, and that is folly.

Harri’s campaign was dazzling in its manipulation of stage craft: it was vibrant and, yes, it was positive, whereas Trump’s of course was a Halloween party with taps for America as its obbligato.

The American electorate is irrational and ignorant; workers voted for the man who wants to crush them.  Instead of better oligarchs like Diller, they will now be ruled by a cartel of evil, sociopathic, fascist oligarchs like Thiel and Musk.

Sexism played a part in her defeat, although the Democrats still do not understand that identity politics will only take them so far.

Biden waited much too long to step down and he never ballyhooed his own achievements.

Not in the mood for virtue signalling.

No, you don’t have to call for good faith and grace from our side. We’re not the ones who attempted a coup four years ago.

so dispossessed and disaffected, that rather than vote for someone who might do some good things for them, they voted for someone would will try every way possible to destroy them.

A message of “hope and unity” does not work with the American electorate. Democrats have to try somthing else.

Stop telling us that you devised an immigration bill that is just as draconic as anything proposed by a Repubican. Develop your own positions.

Stop enabling the GOP’s distortion of the dimensions and the hazard posed by immigrants.

Do educate our extremely ignorant population about immigrants’ contributions to America, then and now.
