Since Gorsuch refuses to divulge any information about his judicial beliefs and simply stonewalls and deflects any scrutiny, the Democrats must today start informing him and the American public exactly what those judicial beliefs are, by confronting him with the legacy of his judicial decisions.
Have they heard of the phrases,”I find that hard to believe. You are a forty-nine-year man. . . surely you have some thoughts on this matter. . . OK, you don’t want to answer these essential questions; therefore I will not be able to even consider a vote for your confirmation.”

This is one of the recurring incidents where “mainstream” reporters and commentators counsel Democrats to capitulate to their appetite for defeat.
You think they’d ever say that to the GOP? You think the GOP would listen?
